Winter Blues Got You Feeling Like...
Then its time to take some action!
- Make sure you are eating and drinking healthy food to provide your body with all the vitamins and nutrients it needs. A few of my favorite nutritional supplements that I like to supplement with in the winter are a Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D and Magnesium Glycinate. - Sweat it out! The best thing to do is to start moving. Just 15 mins of cardio can really improve your circulation and overall energy level. I also really love using an infrared sauna this time of year to warm up my freezing cold system and to promote sweating and detoxing that way.
- Talk to someone and let them know how you are feeling. Tell your doctor and see if they have any recommendations such as blood work to check your thyroid or if you may be anemic. Acupuncture and other holistic modalities are also other great options to help increase your overall energy especially if the main reason for the fatigue is due to stress.
