Does your health insurance cover acupuncture?
In the message section we need the following information from your health insurance card: Insurance carrier, member ID number, and customer service number. Please also include your date of birth. If you do not feel comfortable giving all the details over email, please call our office at 413-345-0800.
We do our best to verify insurance coverage for you however it is the patient's responsibility to know what your coverage is and encourage patients to also verify with their insurance provider.
