These packages allow for patients to pay upfront at a discounted rate and receive treatments that never expire. The packages can be transferred or split with other members of your family. All payments are due in full at the time of visit unless discussed prior to treatment.

All forms of payment are accepted. (check, cash, debit, credit, (FSA) flex spending accounts, (HSA) health savings accounts.

Cancellation Policy:

We strive to provide timely, high-quality care to all patients. To help us do so, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Missed appointments or late cancellations without prior notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

When a patient misses an appointment on short notice, it prevents other patients from accessing care during this time. This policy is in place to ensure continuity of care for all patients and respect for our clinical time.

Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the practice for circumstances such as sudden illness or family emergencies.
